Section II - How to make payment to us!
You can pay us in the following ways. It is 100% safe and secured. The tariffs are given in this page and also, in Book a Room
page on our website https://www.serviced-apartment.co.in.
1. Guests can pay by depositing money: Directly in our State Bank of India account, Lucknow, India. Details will be provided on the request. Transaction charges are nil (zero).
2. Guests can pay using Net Banking using NEFT, RTGS OR IMPS through any bank where you are holding your Savings or Current account. Our account details will be provided on the request. Transaction charges are nil (zero).
3. Guests can pay using PayPal: Details will be provided on the request. Transaction charges (additional) will be 5.00%. PayPal Merchant ID is: 35JTW6T6UGMTJ. PayPal link is https://paypal.me/Ishhomestay.
4. Guests can pay using UPI: BHIM, BHIM SBI, Paytm Apps. Details are as follows:

5. We have RAZORPAY account. QR Code and "PAY NOW" button are provided on our website pages (this page and also, book a room page). Guests can pay using QR code or pay button.

7. If required a payment invoice can also be send with the link to either with the link to RAZOR PAY.

All International & domestic guests can pay through Razor pay Link from our website. Alternatively, we can send payment link of Razor Pay on the request. Your payment is secured.
Please add 12-18% GST on all prices which is a Government Tax. An invoice will be issued to you.
Section I - Book an Apartment:
You can book an apartment from this page. Our current rates are:
1. One BHK Studio Apartment charges per day are -- Single Rs. 2,250/-, double Rs. 3,250/-, triple 4,250/-. Please add 12% GST on these rates.
* There will be charges for all children above 5 years.Current charges are Rs. 1,000/- per child/ day + 12% GST.
2. One BHK Deluxe Suite charges per day are -- Single Rs. 2,800/-, double Rs. 3,800/-, triple Rs. 4,800/-, quadruple Rs. 5,800/-. Please add 12% GST on these rates.
* There will be charges for all children above 5 years.Current charges are Rs. 1,000/- per child/ day + 12% GST.
3. Two BHK Executive Suite charges per day are -- Single Rs. 5,000/-, double Rs. 5,000/-, triple 6,000/-, quadruple Rs. 7,000/-, fivesome Rs. 8,000/-, sixsome Rs. 9,000/-, sevensome Rs. 10,000/-, eightsome Rs. 11,000/-. Please add 12% GST on these rates. * There will be charges for all children above 5 years.Current charges are Rs. 1,000/- per child/ day + 12% GST.
** These rates are subjected to be changed.
4. For all drivers, servants charges will be Rs. 1,000/- per helper or driver/ day + 12% GST.
5. Weekly discount is 10% and monthly discount is 20% only on room rates. If guest breaks agreement and does not stay for a week or a month, then daily rates will be applicable. Under this secanrio, there will not be any discount.
6. Please calculate accordingly or i case pf doubts, please call us. We will be happy to assist you. There are number of ways to make payment and these are given in the Section II of this page.
7. At the bottom of this page, there is QR code and Pazorpay Payment button. Our all domestic guests can use one of these to make payment.
